Hi, I'm Stephanie.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps young adults, individuals, and couples navigate life’s many transitions. Whether you’re figuring out your path, working through relationship challenges, or learning how to feel more grounded and fulfilled, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and create the story you want to live.
My approach is supportive, creative, and collaborative. I use a mix of conversation, cognitive-behavioral tools, and brief therapy techniques to help you uncover patterns that keep you stuck and build new ones that move you forward with confidence and clarity.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people in private practice, schools, and community programs. Earlier in my career, I was part of the MRI Brief Therapy Center in Palo Alto, CA, and later founded and directed PACTS, a clinic that supported at-risk youth and families. Those experiences shaped how I practice today—believing deeply in people’s ability to grow, heal, and rewrite their own stories.
At its heart, my work is about helping you find connection—to yourself, to others, and to what truly matters most.
